用乙酸乙酯-硫醚脱除渣油中沥青和镍

【摘要】 采用极性溶剂乙酸乙酯(E)-硫醚(S)脱除胜利减压渣油中沥青和金属Ni,考察了渣油胶体的沉降行为,得到了脱沥青油(DAO)高收率和金属Ni脱除率(DNi)最佳实验室条件:E-S组成比90:10(重),溶剂比30(重)。常压下0℃沉降,DAO为59%,DNi为63%。同时脱油沥青可改质为建筑或道路沥青。进而研究了胜利减压渣油中Ni化合物的分布,应用XRD分析了CS?沥青质,探讨了E-S脱沥青脱金属Ni的机制。

【Abstract】 The mixed polar solvent of ethyl acetate and sulfoxide (E-S) was used for deasphahization and denickelefication of Sengli vacuum residue. The settling behavior of residue colloid and the optimum experimental conditions of deasphaltization and denickelefication were investigated. The efficiencies of deasphaltization and denickelefication are 59% and 63% respectively under atmospheric pressure and at temperature 0℃ with solvent composition 90: 10 (wt/wt) of E-S and solvent/residue ratio of 30 (wt/wt). The deoiled asphalt can be further modified to be used for house construction or highway paving purpose. The distribution of Ni compounds in Shengli vacuum residue and the nature of asphahene precipitate at 5℃ have been studied by ⅹ-ray defraction method. The mechanism of deasphaltization and deniekelefication was also discussed.
