FeCl3溶液浸取辉锑矿工艺过程的研究——Ⅱ.浸取动力学
Study on the Leaching Process of Stibnite in Ferric Chloride Solution Ⅱ. Leaching Kinetics
【摘要】 在60~100℃、粒径180μm~55μm、FeCl3溶液浓度0.5~2.0 mol/L范围内,研究了辉锑矿的浸取动力学,并获得了动力学参数。浸取反应的表观活化能为67 kJ/mol,反应速率对CFeCl3来说是2/3级。浸取反应为化学反应控制。
【Abstract】 Effects of temperature, size, and concentration of FeCl3 on leaching rate of stibnite were observed respectively. Kinetics of leaching stibnite was studied at temperature ranging from 60℃ to 100℃, ferric chloride concentration from 0.5 to 2.0 mol/L, and size from 55μm to 180μm. The kinetic parameters were obtained. The leaching rate can be expressed by shriking-core model. The apparent activation energy of this leaching reaction is 67 kJ/mol. The order of leaching reaction rate for ferric chloride is 2/3. This leaching process is controlled by chemical reaction.
