液相性质对泡沫流变特性的影响
Effect of Liquid Property on Rheologic Characteristics of Foam
【摘要】 采用同轴圆筒旋转粘度计,测定了泡沫流体的剪应力和剪切速率,并用回归分析方法求得流变特性参数。结果表明,泡沫流体本构方程可用Herschel-Bulckley模型表示。泡沫气含率和液相非牛顿特性对流变特性参数影响明显。
【Abstract】 Rheologic characteristics of foam were studied in this work. Insight into the constitutive equation of foam can be obtained by examining the forces that act to resist deformation and motion on an element of foam. The result shows that the foam exhibits non-Newtonian fluid behavior which obeys the Hersechel-Buckley model. The stress-strain curves and rheologic characteristic parameters (n, K and τ0) of foam were measured by using a coaxial cylinder viscometer. The experimental results showed that using H-B constitutive equation for foam is correct. It was found that the foam mass and non-Newtonian behavior of the solution are significant factors influencing the rheologic characterstic parameters. The results may be used as reference for the foam technology process developments and design of equipments.
