【Abstract】 An investigation on macroinvertebrate community in streams in Beijing area was carried out in various seasons.The results indicated that the cleanliness-loving species are dominant and species diversity index of community is high in up-reaches area where water quality is good. In urban area, the dominant species are replaced by pollution-resisting species and the diversity index is very low. In the lower-reaches, cleanliness-loving species appear again, with the increase in the diversity index.更多还原
