汞化合物致小鼠骨髓细胞微核及染色体畸变试验

【摘要】 以小鼠为对象,对其注射汞化合物,然后检验其骨髓细胞微核和染色体,了解畸变情况。这项试验为汞及其化合物的安全生产、使用和卫生标准修订提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Young mice were injected mercury compounds and the distortion of their marrow cell micronucleus and chromosome were observed. This work could provide a scientific basis for safety production, safety usage and health standard revision of mercury and its compounds.
