【Abstract】 In this report we studied the effects of a chinese herb - Scutellarine on ANP level in main organs of rats by RIA, and examined its pharmacological action through vagotomy and atropinization on rats experiment, the ANP changes has been observed in main organs of those rats also. It demonstrated that Scutellarine can stimulate the secretion of ANP in rats and is related to the afferent nerve of its vagus nerve.更多还原
