【Abstract】 In this paper was reported a new kind of TL detector, which materials, preparation method, dosimetric property and applicability were described. The TL detector has a dimension φ125μm×1cm and a weight about 0.34mg, with μen/ρ (60Co) = 0. 0266 cm2/g> Ze= 11.82, response range 10-1-104Gy and precision ±5 %.更多还原
