磁性粉末净化含油污水
PURIFYING OIL-BEARING SEWAGE WATER BY USING MAGNETIC POWDER
【摘要】 对磁粉与油浸磁粉和铁粉的除油效果进行了对比。研究了磁粉的寿命、多级净化效果、吸附量以及磁粉表面吸附层组成和磁粉的加热时间对其除油效果的影响。同时,利用EHMO理论计算了Fc3O4吸附乙烷、乙烯和水的稳定几何构型、结合能和电荷分布,并与XPS结果对照,提出了Fe3O4磁性粉末净化含油污水的机理,为实际应用提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 The effect of magnetic powder was compared with that of magnetic powder soaked with oil and iron powder on removing oil from sewage water.The efface of multistage purification,adsorptive capacity,the influence of the composition of adsorbing layer on magnetic powder surface and heating time on oil removal effect have been studied.The stable geometries, the bonding energy and charge distribution for ethane, ethylene and water adsorbed on Fe3O4 (001) surface were calculated by EHMO theory.The mechanism of magnetic powder Fe8O4 purifying oil-bearing sewage water was postulated by comparing the results from XPS.
