【Abstract】 Chemicals have given an effective promotion to the development of production and the rise of living level.However,they have also brought to us numerous social effects of pollution and endangered the human’s existence and social development.In shot, it has become another environmental problem drawing the globe’s attention to control toxic chemical pollution.
