【Abstract】 The Colour reactions of cadion 2B-Triton X-100 with Zinc was applied to demonstrate Zinc in blood serum.The complex is founed at pH8.5-9.8. The molax absorptivity of the complex is 1.0 ×105L · mol-1·cm-1, Beers law is obeyed over the range of 0-0.48μg/ml, Many metals do not interfere in determination of Zinc.
