固化环氧树脂的热分解
RESEARCH WITH THERMOGRAVIMETRY INTO THERMAL DECOPOSITION OF SOLIDIFIED EPOXY RESIN
【摘要】 本文用热重法研究了固化环氧树脂的热分解过程。TG曲线表明热分解过程是分二步进行的。表观活化能计算结果分别为130.26kJ/mol和145.18kJ/mol,热寿命方程为logτ=6.33×10~3 1/T-10.976。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we studied the thermal decomposition process for solidified epoxy resin by using thermogravimetric analysis method. It is indicated from TG curvets that the thermal decomposition is aaccomplished with two spets. The calculated results of apparent reactive energy are 130.26kJ/mol and 145.18kJ/mol respectively. The thermal lifetime formular is as below Logτ=6.33×10~3 1/T-10.976
