[H~+]对从克氏螯虾(Cambarus clarki)第一触角内侧枝记录的动作电位放电的影响

【摘要】 应用电生理学方法,研究了[H+]对从克氏螯虾离体第一触角内侧枝记录的触角神经动作电位的影响.结果表明,[H+]对该神经动作电位的发放具有抑制作用.在一定范围内,H+浓度越高,抑制作用越强;当pH值低于渔业水体最高允许酸度(pH 6.5)时,表示该电位的放电频率与作用时间(1~5×256×1000ms)关系的回归直线方程的b值等于或小于-0.083,而F5/F1比值等于或小于0.69,与pH7.0比较,差异显著(p<0.05,或p<0.01);当b≤-0.181或F5/F1≤0.25时,水体的酸度已达到强酸水平(pH2).这说明把pH6.5作为渔业水体的最高允许酸度是合适的.

【Abstract】 The electrophysiological study shows that the [H+] can inhibit ignificantly the discharge of the antennary nerve of the crayfish (Cambarus Clarki).Effect of the inhibition of (H+) enhances with the increase of the H+ concentration in a certain rage.When the H+ concentration reaches the level between pH 2.0 and pH 6.43, the & value of the linear regressive equation, a relation between the discharge frequency and the time actioned, is equal to or less than-0.083, and the ratio of Fn/F1 is equal to or less than 0.69.When b<=-0.181 or Fn/F1<=0.25, the acidity of water achieves or overruns the level of the strong acid (pH 2.0).It is showed that pH 6.5 is suitabe as the limited acidity in fishery water.
