【Abstract】 Ultrastructure of secretory cells of the floral nectary of Viola tricolor hortensis at various development stages was investigated with scanning electron microscopy and transmitting electron microscopy.It was found that the sugars of nectar are mainly synthesized by the secretory tissue itself, exocytosis and oinocytosis are the main ways by which the pre-nectar transports among the secretory cells, the nectar is eliminated from the epidermal cells by molecular processes at the plasmolemma and the main region of the elimination of nectar is the fingerlike protuberances of the epidermal cells.更多还原
