BiSrCaCuO系超导材料微观结构研究
A Study of Microstructure for Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O Superconductor
【摘要】 BiSrCaCuO系超导材料微观结构的研究结果表明,试样中存在两种超导相,即Tc为110K的Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O3相和Tc为80K的Bi2Sr2Cu2Oy相。超导转变温度的高低取决于两相含量比及其分布状态。掺杂少量Pb有利于高Tc相生成和稳定。烧结工艺影响试样的微观结构,从而影响到超导电性。
【Abstract】 The microstructure of BiSrCaCuO superconductor has been studied. Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy phase with Tc=110K and Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy phase with Tc=80K exist in the samples. Tc of superconductor dcpends on the proportion and the distribution state of the two phases. Pb dopping is benificial to forming and stabilizing of high Tcphase. The sintering technology influences the microstructure and thereby the superconductivity of the samples.
