【摘要】 寻求涤纶长丝最佳工艺条件是一个复杂的多因素多指标课题。利用正交法具有均衡分散和整齐可比两大特点,可直接在生产线上进行试验,再将试验所得数据用电子计算机进行回归分析和优化计算,从而得出较优的工艺条件,取得良好的经济效益。本文以POY加工成DTY的工艺为例,介绍了试验设计和优化计算的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimisation of production technology of polyester fiber is a complicate proplem of multiple factor and indices, by tbe orthogonalizing optimization of parameters which has the advantages of even dispersed and ordered for comparison it is possibie to carry on the trial directly on the production line, a regression analysis and optimization calculation can be made with the experiment data in a computer, therefore the optimum technological condition can be obtained with better economic benefits.更多还原
