【摘要】 本研究通过抗静电剂的筛选选取了能与聚丙烯很好相容、均匀分散、耐热性好、无毒的内添加抗静电剂。用此抗静电剂制成抗静电母粒,然后与聚丙烯共混经特定的纺丝、拉伸技术研制成耐久性抗静电丙纶,该种纤维静电小、手感柔软、弹性好,改善了聚丙烯纤维的性能,并可提高织造单位的产质量。

【Abstract】 In this work a heat-stable non-toxic inner additive antistatic agent which is well compatible with PP and evenly dispersed has been selected from a group of analogues, the antistatic master batch made from it can be blended with PP chips and through specific spinning and drawing technology turned into permanent antistatic PP fiber, which has the advantages of less static build up soft handle, good elasticity as well as improves the performance of PP fiber and both production and quality in weaving.
