聚乙烯醇冻胶纺丝的初步研究(Ⅱ)——拉伸与纤维的结构性能

【摘要】 研究了PVA冻胶初生纤维经不同倍数的拉伸后,纤维的聚集态结构和力学性能的变化。在本试验范围内,随着拉伸倍效的增加,纤维的密度、结晶度、结晶熔融温度、取向度都增加。溶胀纤维的热分析结果也表明,随拉伸倍数的增加,纤维的侧序提高,而侧序分布变窄。此外,冻胶纤维中所含的溶剂对纤维的可拉伸性及拉伸纤维的结构性能有着很大的影响。PVA冻胶初生纤维经过一定程度的萃取后可拉伸性明显提高,力学性能随之改善。

【Abstract】 The supermolecular structure and mechanical properties of PVA yarns drawnwith different drawing ratioes were studied. Under the test conditions. as the in-creasing of drawing ratio, the density. crystallinity and crystalline melting tem-perature as well as orientation increase. The thermal analytical results of swollenPVA yarn also show that the lateral order of the yarn is improved as the drawingratio increases, but the lateral order distribution becomes more narrow. Moreover.the solvent contained in gel-fiber has significant effect on the drawability, thestructure and properties of drawn fiber.After the gel fiber is extracted to a centainextent. its drawability raises obviously. thus the mechanical properties of PVAfiber are improved.
