立构嵌段聚丁二烯的研制——Ⅱ.1,4-1,2-PB和1,2-1,4-PB的合成
DEVELOPMENT OF STEREOBLOCK POLYBUTADIENEⅡ.SYNTHESIS OF 1,4-1,2-POLYBUTADIENE AND 1,2-1,4-POLYBUTADIENE
【摘要】 采用高分子设计,以n-BuLi为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,二哌啶乙烷和二乙基锌分别作调节剂进行丁二烯阴离子聚合。在一定的实验条件下,分别合成了不同嵌段比和不同1,2-结构含量的1,4-1,2-聚丁二烯和1,2-1,4-聚丁二烯,其设计值与实测值一致。
【Abstract】 The stereodiblock 1,4- 1,2 - polybutadiene and 1,2 -1,4-polybutadiene with different molecular weights ,block ratio and 1,2 -content were synthesized by using high molecule design of anionic polymerization of butadiene with n-BuLi as initiator ,cyclohexan as solvent , dipiperidinoethane(DPE)as first regulator and zinc diethyl (ZnEt2)as second regulator .The design data was in good agreement with the determination data .
