用硫醇增量法调节的SBR 1500的性能
PROCESSABILITY OF SBR 1500 TELOMERIZED WITH INCREMENTAL METHOD OF MERCAPTANS
【摘要】 以单体转化率(x)约65%合成SBR 1500为目的,在聚合温度为5℃和9℃、聚合时间为8 h,氧化-还原体系用量为100%和110%、硫醇增量比为4.5(或4.8,5.7)∶1、补加硫醇时的x为20%的条件下,对分别用t-C12H25SH和n-C10H21SH作调节剂合成的胶样的ΔML、分子量及其分布、流变特性、炭黑混合时间等加工参数和硫化胶性能进行了测定。结果表明,胶样的(?)接近于日本JSR公司的SBR 1500(x=60%)产品,主要性能均达到了吉化公司SBR 1500(x=60%,62%)产品的一级品水平。
【Abstract】 The polymerization recipes containing mercaptans t - C12H25 SH and n - C10H21SH were designed and five SBR samples were obtained by using the incremental telomeric method under the polymerization conditions of polymerization temperature 5°C or 9°C , polymerization time 8 h .oxidation-reduction system dosage 100% or 110%,mercaptan incremental ratio 4.5 (or 4.8 ,5.7 ): 1 and x was 20% before the addition of mercaptan . The processability of the samples , such as ΔML .molecular weight distribution .rheology and black incorporation time , and the physical properties of their vulcanizates were measured . The results indicated that all the rubber samples obtained under high conversion ratio ( ≈65%) had an eligible Mooney viscosity , and their main physical properties reached the first class standards of the product which was produced by Jilin Chemical Industry Corporation whose conversions ratio were 60% and 62% .
