烯丙基胺硅氢加成物的合成及其在硅橡胶硫化中的应用
SYNTHESIS OF Si-H ADDITION PRODUCT OF ALLYLAMINE AND ITS APPLICATION IN VULCANIZATION OF SILICONE RUBBERS
【摘要】 以氯铂酸-异丙醇为催化剂,用甲基二乙氧基硅烷和烯丙基胺合成了N,N-二(烯丙基)-7-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷(简称助剂Ⅰ)和N-烯丙基-N,N-二[7-(甲基二乙氧基硅基)丙基]胺(简称助剂Ⅱ)两种新型硫化助剂。讨论了该助剂对硅橡胶生胶过氧化型化和加成型硫化所得硫化胶力学性能的影响,表明助剂Ⅰ和助剂Ⅱ均可作为硅橡胶的硫化助剂、前者能使硫化胶的模量提高到6.0 MPa以上,并具有自硫化性能。
【Abstract】 N,N - diallyl - γ - aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane and N- allyl -A,N- di - γ- methyl-diethoxysilyl propyl amine were synthesized using methyldiethoxysilane and allylamine , with chloroplatinic acid and isopropanol as catalysts . The mechanical properties of silicone rubbers cured with peroxide curing agent or Pt-catalyst were discussed .The results showed that both curing agents were applicable for silicone rubbers . With the former curing agent , the modulus of vulcanizates could reach over 6.0 MPa . The curing agents had the feature of self vulcanizing
