【摘要】 对38例缺血缺氧性脑病的新生儿进行了临床和CT观察,临床表现轻型8例,中型24例,重型6例;CT显示:轻型10例,中型20例,重型4例,临床与CT结果基本一致。并对临床症状及其与产科的关系进行了探讨,认为提高围产期保健是预防和降低发病的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 New-born infants with hypoxia-ischemic encephalopathy in 38 cases were obseved on clinical and CT data. The mild, moderate and severe cases were 8, 20 and 6 respectivelly in clinical grade and were 10, 20 and 4 respectivel]y in CT grade. The results of clinical and CT data showed on difference. Clinical symptoms of hypoxia-ischemic encephalopathy and its relation to obstetrics were discussed. The key to prevent and reduce the morbidity lies in improving health care during perinatal period.更多还原
