【摘要】 肾功能正常、氮质血症及尿毒症三种不同肾功能的流行性出血热118例外周血红细胞系统的检测结果表明:出血热患者,在不同的肾功能状态下,可出现程度不一的贫血,以尿毒症状态下为甚,表现为正细胞正色素性贫血,其严重程度与本病肾功能异常程度相一致。本文对出血热肾功能异常时,贫血的发生机理进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reported is the determination of red blood cell in 118 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever who were divided into normal renal function,anemia and uremia.The results show that there are anemia during abnormal renal functions,especially during uremia,the anemia is reversible normocytic,nor- mochromic and the severities of anemia agree with abnormalities of renal functions.The causes and pathogenesis of anemia during the abnormal renal function in EHF were discussed.更多还原
