甜菜渣中分离果胶最佳工艺条件探索
STUDY OF THE BEST TECHNOLOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR SEPARATING THE PECTIN FROM SUGAR—BEET BAGASSE
【摘要】 本文讨论了利用稀盐酸从甜菜渣中浸提果胶的实验条件对产率的影响。适当浓度的盐酸在适当的温度、时间下可以得到20%左右的果胶产率。
【Abstract】 The influence of experimental conditions, which were taking the pectin out by means of soaking the sugar-beet bagasse with dilute hydrochloric acid liquid was studied. Under the proper temperature, the proper dilute hydrochloric acid liquid can reach 20% or so of pectin production rate.
