不同种群蟑娜浸液化学特性及免疫活性的比较

【摘要】 根据广州市蟑螂种群生态分布,应用葡聚糖凝胶层析、SDS-PAGE等生化技术,以及皮内试验、特异性IgE检测等免疫学方法,对美洲大蠊、澳洲大蠊和德国小蠊等五种蟑螂浸液,作了化学特性及免疫学活性的研究。结果显示:1、美洲大蠊若虫是本地区蟑螂过敏的主要致敏种群,其活性组分为F2;分子量范围64~79KD。2.美若浸液免疫活性与其蛋白质的分子量有关,通过葡聚糖凝胶层析,可去除无活性的组分,以达到纯化的目的。

【Abstract】 According to the ecological distribution of Cockroach species in Guangzhou, five kinds of Cockroach extracts (i. e. Periplaneta americana, Periplanta australasiae, Blatteria germanica and so on) were studied on chemo-immunity by sephadex gel chromatography, SDS-PAGE, intradermal test and detection of SIgE. The results showed that: (1) Nymph of periplaneta americana was the most important allergic species in this area; its active part was in F2 with Mol. wt. of 64-79 KD. (2) The immuno-active of extract was related to its protein molecular weight and the non-active portions could be removed by SGC.
