【Abstract】 A comparison of the effects of surgical destruction of frontal area of the cingular gyri on 14 schizophrenic patients and of amygdaloid nucleus in 13 schizophrenic patients are reported. The curative effects of the two target parts were great and similar.But in ACTV group, they were more effective. It was found that 1-5 years after operation, the operation of only one target part was not worse than that of the more tartet parts. The authors propose that the operation of only one tartet part should be the first choice in general conditions.更多还原
