流动形态的动力学分析
DYNAMIC ANALYSIS ON FIOW MORPHOLOGY
【摘要】 采用流动显示和对流场进行连续延时曝光的拍摄方法,得到了非定常流场的流动图象,并在影片分析处理系统上完成了对流动图案的数量化处理。在此基础上,定义了参数Φ(k),用来评价Froude,Reynold和Weber准则对流动形态的影响。确定了薄壁铸件反重力充型过程水力学相似的必要条件。
【Abstract】 Unsteady flow patterns were obtained by the methods of flow visualization and continual delay exposure to the field, and quantitative analyses for the flow patterns were carried out by means of film-processing system. On the basis, the parameter φ4(k) was defined to evaluate the influence of the criterions of Froude, Reynold and Weber on the flow morphology,. The necessary conditions of hydraulic simulation for filling thin-walled castings under countergravity were determined.
