高原体力活动时心率与耗氧量、能量代谢率的关系——高原体力劳动强度及其卫生限度探讨
A RELATION OF HEART RATE. OXYGEN CONSUMPTION AND ENERGY METABOLISM WHEN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AT HIGH ALTITUDE-A RESEARCH ON HIGH ALTITUDE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INTEN SITY AND HYGIENIC LIMITS
【摘要】 本文报告海拔3 450米地区体力活动时心率与耗氧量、心率与能量代谢率之问的试验结果,表明两者之间存在相关,其回归方程式为:Y=-2.2754+0.04117x+0.0001117x~2 R~2=0.9960Y=-5.5812+0.091577x+0.0002024x~2 R~2=0.9971并且在同样负荷强度时,心率随海拨增高而增加。作者建议高原地区不同海拔劳动强度应有不同等级划分,海拔3 450米地区体力活动以心率150次/分、耗氧量1.37升/分、能量代谢率3.66千卡/分·平方米作为卫生限度。
【Abstract】 This article discusses the test for the influence of the heart rate changes over the oxygen consumption and also over the energy metabolism rate when pepople do physical activities at an altitude of 3 450 metres above sea level.The results make clear that the heart rate changes do have influence over the oxygen consumption and the energy metabolism rate;as show the eqations below:Y=-2.2754+0.04117X+0.0001117X~2,RR=0.9460;Y=-5.5812+0.091577x+ 0.0002024X~2,RR=0.9971. And the heart rate will go up with the altitude.For the above-mentioned ressons,the au- thor believe that it is necessary to differentiate the labour intentity according to the different altitude in high altitude areas, and using as hygienic limits of physical activities at the altitude of 3 450 metres:heart rate:150 time/min;oxygen con- sumption:1.37L/min;energy metabolism rate;3.66Kcal/min.M~2.
