【Abstract】 In this paper, the results of acoustic impedance tests in Menieres’ disease (37 ears) were analyzed. The tympanic pressure, static compliance value and threshold of stapedial reflex all had no significant difference with that in normal group, but the incidence of as type tympangrams was higher than that in the normal group markedly. Besides, there were inverse carves and reruitment phenomena in the ipsilateral stapedal acoustic reflex in Menlere’s disease group, when these phenomena appear at the acoustic impedance tsts in vertigo disease, it is helpful in determining Menieres’ disease.更多还原
