可乐宁和育亨宾对电针镇痛的影响
EFFECTS OF CLONIDINE AND YOHIMBINE ON ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ANALGESIA
【摘要】 给大鼠脑室注射α2受体激动剂可乐宁或腹腔注射可乐宁均可使电针镇痛效果降低,而脑室注射α2受体拮抗剂育亨宾则可使电针效果加强。提示脑内去甲肾上腺素神经递质通过α2受体调制电针镇痛。
【Abstract】 The analgesic effect of electroacupuncture (EA) in rats was measured bytailflick latency elicited by radiant heat. Intraperitoneal injection of lonidine 30μg/kg hadno significant effect on the basal pain threshold, but decreased the analgesic effect of EA.After 20 minutes, the analgesic effect of EA was lowered by 55% (P<0. 01) as comparedwith the control rats. 45 min after clonidine 1. 5μg and 3μg were injected into the lateral cerebral ventricles, the analgesic effects of EA were lowered respectively to 50% (P<0. 05)and 58% (P<0. 01) of that of the saline controls Yohimbine (50μg icv) had no significanteffect on the basal pain threshold, but after yohimbine 25μg and 50μg were injected intra-eerebroventricularly (icv). The analgesic effects of EA were elevated respectively to 75%(P<0. 05) and 80% (P<0. 01)as compared with the control rats. These results suggest that activation ofα2-adrenoceptors would decrease the analgesiceffect of EA.
