从香茅油制备羟基香茅醛的研究
STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS OF HYDROXYCITRONELLAL FROM CITRONELLA OIL
【摘要】 从香茅油出发合成了羟基香茅醛。用二乙醇胺与香茅醛作用保护了醛基,用硫酸和磷酸加助催化剂将醛-胺加合物的双键水合,在水解前加入保护剂,避免副反应。通过正交试验,确定影响缩合反应和水合反应的主要因素及最佳反应条件。缩合反应产率达97.9%,水解产率达87.7%,香茅醛转化率达85.9%。
【Abstract】 The hydroxycitronellal has been synthesized from citronella oil . The citronellal -diethanolamine adduct was prepared from citronellal and diethanolamine for protecting citronellal carbonyl . The adducts were hydrated with the sulfuric acid , phosphoric acid and catalyst promoter , then they converted into hydroxycitronellal after the subsequent hydrolysis . The optimum experimental conditions and the main influence factors of condensation and hydration reactions were obtained by using orthogonal experimental design. The yields of the adduct and the hydroxycitronellal are as high as 97. 9% and 87. 7% respectively. The rate of inversion of the citronellal is 85. 9%.
