广西65-2型水稻插秧机的改型设计及性能分析

【摘要】 广西65-2型水稻插秧机,原插带土小苗的切扒式秧爪,现在已不适应工厂化盘育带土小苗移栽的农艺要求.在东北推广时,由于取秧多,分秧不清,插下后脱不了秧,以至无法使用.为了扩大该机型的使用范围,在对原机结构不作大的改动下,将切扒式秧爪改成钢针式(筷子式)秧爪;将将分直插式轨迹改成纵分直插式轨迹;将原横向送秧机构,改为到左右极限位置能各停一次,适合插盘育苗的横向送秧机构.改型机经过四次性能测定,其各项技术性能指标,均已达到规定的要求,插秧质量良好,工作可靠,并能适应东北地区每穴插3~5株盘育带土小苗的要求.

【Abstract】 The cutter-rake of the Guangxi 65-2 type rice transplanter transplants the soil-stick rice seedlings.Such a structure does not meet the agrotechnical requirements of the factorytray-nutured soil-stick rice seedling transplanting.When these machines are popularized in the north-eastern region of China,they pinch so many seedlings and can not separate them.Moreover,the gripper can not release the seedlings.Hence,they are unable to be used in this condition. In order to enlarge the useful range of the Guangxi 65-2 type rice transplanter,we made a few changes for the structures of the original one,namely,the cutter-rake was changed into needle gripper,the transverse seedling separating vertical transplanting path was changed into a longitudinal seedling separating vertical transplanting path,and, finally,the transverse feeder was changed so that it can stop once when it reaches the lim- ited left and right sides,respectively. After having been tested for 4 times,the rice transplanter of retrofitted design met all the requirements of the technical stipulations,namely,the machine performs satisfactori- ly,its work is reliable and it also adapts itself to the north-eastern region of China where the requirement is to transplant 3 to 5“tray nutured soil-stick”seedlings per hole.
