玉米花培纯系的配合力研究

【摘要】 采用完全双列杂交的统计分析方法,对2个玉米花培纯系和4个普通自交系的5个性状,进行了一般配合力和特殊配合力的分析.结果表明,6个纯系5个性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力有差异.花培纯系双白的单株粒重和穗长两性状的一般配合力最高,且其特殊配合力方差最小,说明该纯系能稳定地把高产、穗长的特性遗传给后代.339-2的单株粒重性状的一般配合力与南60-1相当,但其特殊配合力方差最大,与南60-1组配,可获得强优势组合.

【Abstract】 Statistical analysis was carried out for general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA)of five characters among 2 maize pollen culture pure lines and 4 ordinary maize selfbred lines,using complete double-line crossing.The re- sults showed that there were differences in GCA and SCA among the five characters of the 6 pure lines.The GCA for two characters,total grain weight/plant and spike length,of the pollen culture pure line“Double White”was the highest and the variance for SCA of the two characters was the lowest,indicating that the pure line could stably transmit the characters,long spike and hight yield,to the progenies.The GCA for total grain weight/plant of the pollen culture pure line coded“339-2”was in the same level as the pure line“South 60-1”,but the variance of its SCA was the highest.It is therefore con- cluded that the combination of“339-2”and“South 60-1”might produce strong domi- nance.
