【摘要】 本文介绍了用高效液相色谱测定配合饲料添加剂中喹乙醇含量的方法。该方法色谱条件为:μ-Bondapak C₁₈色谱柱,甲醇/水（60/40,V/V）作流动相,流速为1.0mL/min;高灵敏可变紫外检测器,检测波长为262nm.标准曲线的线性范围在0～1mg.平均回收率为98.33%。变异系数为3.88%.该方法简便、快速,灵敏、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method of HPLC which was simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate for determining the amount of olaquindox in complex feed additive was reported.The condi- tion of chromatography was as follows:using μ-Bondapak C₁₈ column,and methanol/water（60/40,V/V）as mobile phase with the speed of 1.0mL/min,and the detection wavelength of high sensitive variable ultraviolet detector was,262 nm.The linear range of standard curve was 0—1 mg.The average recovery was 98.33%.The coefficient of variation（CV）was 3.88%.更多还原
