电磁振动播种机排种器的研究与主要参数最优化

【摘要】 本文对振动式排种器供种盒、排种盒及主振弹簧进行了设计计算与实验研究,找出了各运动参数的变化对排种器排种量影响的变化规律,并对主要参数进行了优化设计。在此基础上设计了新型排种器。新排种器安装了同步驱动轮,且各行都有播量调节闸门,解决了播种量与机组速度不能同步变化及行与行之闹排种量不均匀的问题。室内与田间实验表明,该排种装置适应于播多种形状的中小粒种子,排种精度高,不伤种。

【Abstract】 Design and research on feeder of vibration drill was discussed. The relation between the feeder working quantity and motion parameters of the feeder was found. The best main parameters of feeder were obtained by the method of optimal design. A new type of vibration feeder was designed on this base. New feeder was fixed with stalker wheel and feed gate,so the defects of unequal feed quantity among rows and unsynchronous change of feed quantity with machine speed in old type were surmounted. The results of the experiment in laboratory and field showed that the new feeder suits to seeding the middle-small grain seeds with various complicated shapes. Seeding precision is higher and seeds are not damaged completely.
