钨基触头材料液相烧结工艺
A Probe into the Liquid-Phase Sintering Technique for Tungsten-Base Electrical Contact Materials
【摘要】 对钨(碳化钨)基触头材料的液相烧结工艺进行了研究,探讨了在液相烧结过程中烧结体内所产生液相含量的上限。提出在适当的烧结温度下Ag-W、Ag-Wc,Cu-W触头材料中易熔相(Ag Cu)的含量可达78%(体积比)。由于液相烧结工艺制造的触头材料具有导电能力强,耐电弧烧损性能好等优点,可以较好地弥补该类触头容易造成开关温升过高的缺陷。
【Abstract】 This work probes into the liquid-phase Sintering technique for tungsten-base (tungsten carbide) electrical contact materials, ascertains the ultimate quautities of the liquid-phase metals in the sintered body during liquid-phase sintering process. At suitable sintering temperature, in the tungsten-base sintered body, the content of the liquid phase metal such as Ag. Cu can be up to 78 vol%. Electrical contacts made by liquid-phase sintering method have higher electrical conductiveties, better resistance to arc erosion, and thus can overcome the defects of the same materials made by ordinary method which often lead to too high temperature rise when used in switches.
