WP370钢板点焊强度的研究

【摘要】 以国产WP 370含磷高强度钢板为对象,研究了它的可焊性、点焊焊点的强度以及点焊工艺参数对它们的影响。试验得出,WP 370钢板具有良好的点焊可焊性,位于可焊性区间中央的焊点力学性能优于边缘的焊点。与日本的SPCE(相当于08 A1)钢相比,WP 370钢焊点的静、动强度显著增高,焊点强度的提高与母材强度的提高有关。

【Abstract】 The spot weldability and the strength of single spot-welded joint of a chinese steel WP 370 were investigated, and the effects of welding parameters on it were also tested. It was found that the weldability of WP 370 is satisfactory and the mechanical properties of the joints in the center of the weldability zone are better than that near the boundary. The static and fatigue strength of spot-welded joints of WP 370 are much higher as compared to that of SPCE, a japanese steel which is similar to 08 Al. This can be explained by an increase in strength of the base metal.
