【Abstract】 The fluorescence emission of many fluorphores are sensitive to polarity of their surrounding environment. By measuring the fluorescence spectra of oxazine 725, we prefer a simpler approach in which the effects of solvents on fluorescence spectra are arbitrarily divided into general and specific solvent effects. Furthermore, it is more important for us to use the dye oxazine 725 efficiently by observing the fluorcscence spectra of oxazine 725 in various solvents.更多还原
