流动注射—化学发光分析法测定血清钴
DETERMINATION OF COBALT IN SERUM BY FLOW INJECTION-CHEMILUMINESCENCE ANALYSIS
【摘要】 采用流动注射—化学发光分析法测定了血清钴。本法将流动注射分析和化学发光分析相结合,具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽、样品用量少、重现性好等特点。它对Co2+的检测下限为0.1ppb线性范围达4个数量级,用于血清样品分析时,其结果与原子吸收分光光度法测得的结果一致。
【Abstract】 Chemiluminescence analysis, with flow injection, was used for the determination of cobalt in serum. It has some features, such as high sensitivity, wide linear range, small volume of sample in operation and good replication, The linear working range is 4 orders of magnitude with detection limits of 0.1 ppb. All samples were analyzed by both this method and atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results obtained by the two methods were in good agreement.
