【Abstract】 Chemiluminescence analysis, with flow injection, was used for the determination of cobalt in serum. It has some features, such as high sensitivity, wide linear range, small volume of sample in operation and good replication, The linear working range is 4 orders of magnitude with detection limits of 0.1 ppb. All samples were analyzed by both this method and atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results obtained by the two methods were in good agreement.更多还原
