涡旋式压缩机的防自转机构

【摘要】 在涡旋式压缩机中,动静涡盘的特定的相对运动方式是借助防自转机构实现的。本文分析了十字连接环式防自转机构的工作原理;对滚柱式防自转机构的作用原理进行了证明;并结合实践分析和比较了几种防自转机构的特点,指出滚珠式防自转机构、滚柱式防自转机构和十字连接环式防自转机构一样,都可应用在涡旋压缩机上,起到防自转实现动涡旋盘相对于静涡旋盘无自转、只有公转的平动的作用。而且滚珠式防自转机构可以变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,使机械损失减少,效率提高,是一种有推广价值的新机构。

【Abstract】 In the scroll compressor, the specific relative metion of the two members, fixed scroll and orbiting scroll, is maintained by means of an anti-rotation mechanism. An analysis of the operation principle of the anti-rotation crosshead coupling mechanism is presented in this paper. The operation principle of anti-rotation mechanism with rollers is demonstrated also here. After analysing and comparing the features of various types of anti - rotation mechanism using practical informations, it is pointed out that the anti-rotation mechanisms with ball bearing or roller both can be used in the scroll compressor as well as that with crosshead coupling to prevent orbiting scroll from revolution on its own axis and allow the revolution about compressor’s axis. The slip friction can be replaced by the rolling one in the anti-rotation mechanism with ball bearings reducing mechanical loss, raising the efficiency, and promising an extended application.
