【摘要】 6例输尿管结石患者,经切开取石术后并发大出血,血尿的特点为血尿→缓解→血尿;5例经膀胱镜检查,均见输尿管喷血尿。插管引流3例,手术治疗2例,均治愈。对术前处理,术中操作及术后护理等问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six patients with uretcral calculi underwent urcterolithotomy, a postoperative complication of urcterorrhagia setting in.Haematuria bore the characteristic ofblood in the urine-spontaneous remission of blood in the urine-blood in the urine".Cystoscopy was performed in 5 patients with a discovery of jets of haematuria spurting out of their ureters.Two of them underwent tube drainage and three obtained the operative treatment, being healed up nicely.
