低温烧结YSZ的显微结构和直流电导特性
Microstracture and Ionic Conductivity of Low Temperature Sintering YSE
【摘要】 采用共沉淀方法合成 YSZ 微细粉料,经低温(1573K)烧成具有较高密度和较低气孔率的 YSZ 烧结体,测量了烧结体的组成、结构、密度和直流电导率,并通过对粉料形貌和烧结体的显微结构考察,总结和探索了粉料制备、坯体成型及烧结条件对材料的伏安特性,测量电流对电导率的影响,并对导电机制作了较深入的分析和讨论。
【Abstract】 YSZ fine powder is prepared by means of coprecipitation and YSZ bodies are obtained by sintering at low temperature 1573K.We measured some parameters re- lated to electrical and physical properties of YSZ electrolyte,such as the density microstracture and ionic conductivity, The conductive mechanism in these mate- rial was discussed.
