(M,M′)O-Al2O3-SiO2:Eu3+,Bi3+的发光
Luminescence of (M,M’)O-AI2O3-SiO2:Eu,Bi
【摘要】 用分析纯试剂经提纯制备的CaCO3,SrCO3,BaCO3,Li2CO3,Al2O3,SiO2,Bi2O3,Eu2(C2O4)3为原料,通过固态反应合成了(M,M′)1.920O·0.1Al2O3·1.5SiO2:Eu0.0253+,Bi0.043+(M,M′为Ca2+,Sr2+,Ba2+中的任两种)系列发光材料。研究了基质的化学组成对Bi3+敏化Eu3+发光特性的影响规律。实验结果表明,激发Bi3+时Eu3+的发射谱线的分裂和5D0—7F2/5D0—7F1跃迁强度比值都受基质阳离子半径的较大影响。各组阳离子组合时Bi3+都能敏化Eu3+的发光。Eu3+的发射以5D0—7F2跃迁为主,5D0—7F1跃迁强度较弱。
【Abstract】 The Luminophors of alkaline earth aluminosilicates (M,M’)1.920O0.1Al2O3 1.5SiO2:Eu0.025Bi0.04(M,M’ are two of Ca, Sr, Ba) series were synthesized by solid state reactions. The effects and regularities of alkaline earths on the luminescence properties of Eu3+ ion were investigated by varying the kinds of M and/or M’ under excitation into Bi3+ ions.
