无机光子选通光谱烧孔材料的研究
The Study on Inorganic Materials Exhibiting Photon-Gated Spectral Hole-Burning
【摘要】 报道了二价钐掺杂的碱土金属氟卤化物的永久性光子选通光谱烧孔。在国际上首先设计并制备了混晶材料,使液氦温度下的非均匀线形内可烧孔数目大大增加,也使烧孔温度从液氦提高到液氮甚至室温。通过光擦除和温度循环实验,研究了烧孔与擦孔的过程及两类陷阱的作用。
【Abstract】 Persistent photon-gated spectral hole-burning of divalent Samarium ions doped in alkaline earth metal halides was reported. Mixed crystal materials for hole-buring were first designed and prepared. In this kind of materials, the number of hole burnt in inhomogeneous line were further increased and hole-burning temperature was raised from liquid helium to liquid nitrogen, even to room temperature. Hole-burning and erasing processes as well as the behavior of two kinds of traps were studied through light erasing and temperature cycling experiments.
