Ce:Fe:LN晶体光折变效应的研究
Study of the Photorefractive Effect in Ce : Fe : LiNbO3 Crystal
【摘要】 首次生长出Ce:Fe:LN晶体,测试了晶体的光折变阈值、吸收系数、衍射效率、四波混频位相共轭反射率和位相共轭温度增强效应。Ce:Fe:LN晶体的衍射效率达到92%,四波混频位相共轭反射率高达1000%以上,位相共轭温度增强效应是一种新的效应。简述了Ce:Fe:LN的应用。
【Abstract】 The Ce : Fe : LN crystal is grown for the first time. The threshold of photorefraction, the absorption coefficiency, the diffraction efficiency and the reflectivity of the phase conjugate mirror of DFWM are measured. The diffraction efficiency of the crystal is 92%, and the reflectivity of the phase conjugate mirror is more than 1000%. The temperature-enhance effect of the phase conjugate wave is stuied. The applications of the crystal are discussed.
