SiC(W)/Si3N4复合材料的界面设计
Interface Design of SiC(w)/Si3N4 Composites
【摘要】 系统分析研究了影响晶须补强增韧Si3N4陶瓷基复合材料的韧性和强度的主要因素,提出复合材料界面设计和复合工艺的新构思,并实现了SiC晶须对Si3N4陶瓷的增韧补强双重效果,制备了高性能SiC晶须补强增韧Si3N4陶瓷基复合材料。
【Abstract】 The main factors influencing the toughness and the strength of SiC whisker reinforced Si3N4 ceramic matrix composite were analyzed. A new approach for interface design and compounding process was proposed. Based on this approach, the toughening and strengthening of Si3N4 ceramics by SiC whisker were realized, and a kind of high performance ceramics was prepared.
