籼型光敏核不育系和两系杂交稻研究

【摘要】 本研究以双8—14s为光敏核不育基因供体亲本,以国内外不同类型的籼稻品种为受体亲本,采用杂交和单株系统选育方法选育出多种类型的籼型光敏核不育系如8902s、8906s、8912s和8920s等。自1988年以来,利用籼型光敏核不育系大量测配两系杂交稻组合,选育出两系中籼组合8912s/明恢63、8902s/明恢63、8902s/HR195—2、8902s/N55,两系亚种组合8912s/轮回422、8912s/50649,并提出水稻光敏核不育系与两系杂交稻研究设想。

【Abstract】 Shuang 8-14s are accepted as the donor parent of photoperiod-sensitive genic male-sterile gene and main varieties at home and abroad are selected as the above gene acceptors. The various indica, 8902s、 8906s、 8912s、 and 8920s、 have been bred mainly by Cross and single plant selection. The combination ofT L H R has been bred since 1988. The indica of TLHR, such as 8912s/Ming hui 63, 8902s/Ming hui 63, 8902s/Ming hui 72, 8902s/HR195-2, 8902s/N55, indica- japonica subspeces, such as 8912s/Lunhui 422, 8912s/50649, are bred. The Combination of T L H R will be applied at field production. Our tentative ideas of studying on PGMR and TLHR are put forward.
