【Abstract】 A high performance direct drive motor and its control system for direct drive robots and industrial automation are described. The motor is a 3-phase variable reluctance motor with two stators and one rotor between them. A high accuracy incremental encoder is used as the position sensor. The control system consists of a power driving unit and a digital controller. The system resolution is 80 000—100 000 pulse/rev.更多还原
