【Abstract】 The history and present conditions of plant foreign gene transformation have been summarized.The authors also introduced the establishment, application and development of four important plant foreign gene transfor- mation technologies:the pretreated Agrobacterium mediated transformation, the electroporation,the microprojectile bombardment and the microbeam laser technique in the authors’laboratory.With the help of these technologies,the authors have succeeded in transfering several distantly-related genes into more than 10 plant species(including some important crops:rice,corn and soybean)and in regeneration of transgenic plants.更多还原
