高温快速聚合制备高吸水性树脂

【摘要】 采用水溶性引发剂,以水溶性单体丙烯酸和天然多羟基高分子如淀粉或面粉为主要原料,经高温快速聚合,制得吸水量达自重900倍以上的高吸水性树脂。并对其性能和各种影响因素进行了研究。

【Abstract】 The water-soluble acrylic acid monomer and natural polyhydrosy poiymers such as starch or flour were used as raw materials. Fast polymerization was initiated by water-soluble initiator at high temperature to prepare high water-absorbing resiti which absorb amounts of water equaling up to more than 900 times their own weight. The properties and influence factors of high water-absorbing resin have been studied.
