光化法合成液体端羟基聚丁二烯
PHOTO-SYNTHESIS OF LIQUID HYDROXYL-TERMINATED POLYBUTADIENE
【摘要】 研究了丁二烯/过氧化氢/乙醇体系的光化聚合反应。首次采用有机光敏剂作为助引发剂,提高了聚合速率。同时考察了单体浓度、引发剂浓度和反应时间对单体转化率及反应速率的影响。产物为液态物质,其羟基官能度为2.0~2.4。表征结果说明聚合产物为端羟基液体聚丁二烯。
【Abstract】 Liquid hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene -was synthesized based on the use of H2O2 as initiator with ultraviolet radiation. The influences of varieties of coinitiators and solvents on the polymerization were investigated. The result obtained indicated that the monomer coversion ratio increases with the adding of light-sensitive compound (Ⅲ) to the polymerization system and while ethyl alcohol as solvent. In this case, the hydroxyl numbera-verage functionalities of the liquid products were 2.0-2.4. Effects of monomer or initiator concentration and polymerization time on the conversion and/or reaction rate were also studied.
